The troubleshooting problems in this help topic include:
- Poor Flush
- No Flush
- Water Runs Continuously
Poor Flush
Corrective Actions:
- Verify that the supply stop is fully open.
- Observe the operation of the plunger arm when the toilet is flushed. Adjust as needed.
- Adjust the gap between the actuator and the plunger arm to approximately 1/8” (3 mm).
- Clean the screen with a medium or hard bristle brush. Replace the screen if necessary.
- Clean under the bowl rim.
- Use a plunger and auger to clear any blockage from the trap and waste line.
No Flush
Corrective Actions:
- Verify that the supply stop is fully open.
- Tighten the trip handle nut by turning it counterclockwise.
- Hook the plunger arm over the trip arm.
- Clean the screen with a medium or hard bristle brush. Replace the screen if necessary.
- Replace the inlet components.
Water Runs Continuously
Corrective Actions:
- Verify that the supply stop is fully open.
- Adjust the gap between the actuator and the plunger arm to approximately 1/8” (3 mm).
- Clean the screen with a medium or hard bristle brush. Replace the screen if necessary.
