Changing Batteries on the Malleco® and Barossa® Faucets

Changing Batteries on the Malleco Faucet

  • Remove the battery holder from the mounting screw.
  • Disconnect the battery holder wire from the power wire on the valve box.

IMPORTANT! Do not use rechargeable or lithium-ion batteries.

  • Press the tab on the battery cover to remove. Remove the old batteries and replace with new ones.

NOTE: Do not pinch the wires when assembling the cover.

  • Reinstall the cover on the battery holder.
  • Hang the battery holder on the mounting screw and reconnect the battery holder wire to the power wire on the valve box.

Changing Batteries on the Barossa Faucet

  • Disconnect the green wire connector from the valve box.
  • Slide the battery holder off the valve box.

IMPORTANT! Do not use rechargeable or lithium-ion batteries.

  • Press the tabs to remove the cover from the battery holder. Replace the old batteries with new ones.

NOTE: Do not pinch the wires when assembling the cover.

  • Reinstall the cover on the battery holder.
  • Slide the battery holder back onto the valve box.
  • Reconnect the green wire connector to the valve box.
