BubbleMassage Bath with No Bubbles on Low Setting

Bold_Look_of_Kohler.jpg

Refer to the following information for possible causes to diagnose a bubble massage bath that has no bubbles on the low setting.

This troubleshooting information is specifically for bubble massage baths. The bath will contain a "G" in the model number (example: K-1151-GLA-0).

This information applies to bubble massage baths manufactured after fall of 2012 with a gray colored blower.

Ensure that the whirlpool is a Kohler whirlpool by locating the model number and serial number located on the motor / pump assembly. Refer to "Identifying Your Bath or Whirlpool Model" for additional information.

No Bubbles on Low Speed

  • This is not a defect in the product.
  • At high water levels and low speed settings, some units may not product bubbles.
  • This design change was made as some individuals enjoy a lower bubble setting than was previously available.

Recommended Action

  1. Increase the blower speed to verify bubbles start.
