Remove the Handles for the Artifacts Bridge Kitchen Faucet

Refer to the following instructions for the Artifacts Bridge Kitchen Faucet, models K-76519-** and K-76520-**, to remove the handles and replace the valves.

Tools needed for repairs:

  • Philips Screwdriver
  • Adjustable wrench
  1. Using the adjustable wrench, unscrew the handle nut located on the hot and cold side near the spout body (Fig. 1).
  2. Remove the plug button on the top of the handle (Fig. 2).
  3. Using the Philips screwdriver, remove the screw that was under the plug button. Remove the handle once unscrewed (Fig. 3).

  1. Remove the remainder of the cover/skirt from the valve stem by pulling straight up (Fig. 4).
  2. Using the adjustable wrench, remove the valve from the valve body/stem by turning counterclockwise (Fig. 5).
  3. Insert the new valve into the valve body/stem, tightening it with the adjustable wrench clockwise (Fig. 6).

  1. Press the cover/skirt back on the valve body (Fig. 7).
  2. Using the Philips screwdriver, reattach the handle on to the skirt using the Philips screw (Fig. 8).
  3. Press the plug button back onto the handle.
  4. Using the adjustable wrench, tighten the handle nut back to the body (Fig. 9).
