The Spacer Kit, part number 1108711, ships as two separate pieces and needs to be assembled before it is installed.
- Begin by inspecting the parts to make sure they are intact and the rubber seals are not warped or deformed (Fig. 1).
- Place the spacer body on a flat surface with the bottom (seal side) up.
- Insert the check valve with the o-ring side down (Fig. 2).
- Press the check valve gently into the body of the spacer unit.
- Your spacer is now ready to be installed, flip the spacer over and install the spacer into your faucet with the seal side down.
Note: If the check valve is inserted backwards, no water will come out of the faucet.
