To correct low water level in your toilet bowl, ensure the rim feed hose in the toilet tank is connected to the flush valve. The rim feed hose directs water into the toilet bowl when the tank is refilling. If it is not installed into the flush valve, the water level in the toilet bowl will be low.
Follow the steps below to connect the rim feed hose.

The rim feed hose is inserted into the top connection of the canister located directly in the center of the canister. It should not be pointed down into the canister.

The rim feed hose is inserted into the top of the flush valve, also called overflow tube, and sometimes held in place with a clip. It should not be pointed out directing water into the tank.
